- 本校大一以上/硕一以上(不含博士生)学生。（以报名交换学生甄选时，本校教务处学籍系统上之年级為準）。
- GPA 達2.70分以上。
- TOEFL iBT 4.0 (不接受 Home Edition) 或 TOEFL iBT 79 (不接受 Home Edition) 或 IELTS 6.0 或 全民英檢中高級，僅具備英語能力者，請自行確認是否具備足夠英語授課課程 Students with only English proficiency please make sure that there are enough English-taught courses available。 或
- 具法語檢定成績 B1(中級) 級以上，For health and human sciences, education, economics, management: B2。
- 不接受医学院、公共卫生学院之学生申请。
